Assets of Azerbaijan’s NBCO grow 1.5 times

The volume of total assets of Azerbaijan’s non-bank credit organization (NBCO) International CJSC in the balance sheet for 2018 amounted to 8.608 million manats, Trend reports citing the organization’s audit report.

Over the year, the organization’s assets grew 1.5 times.

The main share of assets (81 percent) accounted for client loans - 5.959 million manats (an increase over the year by 29.4 percent). The volume of cash and cash equivalents amounted to 1.081 million manats, which is an increase of almost five times.

The total liabilities for the year increased by 60 percent and amounted to 7.851 million manats. Half of the liabilities accounted for issued securities in the amount of 3.976 million manats. Their volume almost did not change compared to the results of 2017. In the structure of liabilities, about 47 percent of the total volume accounted for debt in the amount of 3.679 million manats (almost four times growth over the year).

The total capital of NBCO decreased by 1.8 percent and amounted to 757,700 manats, mainly due to an increase in outstanding loss by 6.3 percent to 242,300 manats.
