The next meeting of Unibank shareholders will be held on Nov. 6, 2019, Trend reports referring to Azerbaijan's Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FIMSA).
The agenda of the next general meeting of shareholders includes changes in the composition of the bank's Supervisory Board and Executive Board, approval of the external auditor of the bank’s financial statements for 2019, changes in the bank's charter and issuance of shares.
In January-July 2019, Unibank entered the list of top three banks in terms of profit, which amounted to 62.43 million manats, that is 13.2 percent of the total fees on the Azerbaijani market.
The total assets of the bank amounted to 799.494 million manats.
