Azerbaijani ministry attracts consultant for tax system diagnostics

The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has concluded a contract to attract a consultant to conduct diagnostics of the country’s tax system, Trend reports citing the website of the State Procurement Agency of Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Taxes attracted the consulting company McKinsey & Company (Azerbaijan), Inc. as an expert consultant for the diagnosis of the country’s tax system.

The contract worth 2,707,999.7 manats was signed between the parties.

McKinsey & Company is a global consulting firm that has been committed to helping institutions in the private, public and social sectors achieve long-term success for over 90 years.

The company has 131 offices in 66 countries. Worldwide, McKinsey serves an average of more than 1,000 customers per month, including 90 of the world’s 100 biggest companies, and invests more than $600 million annually in knowledge development.
