The amount of the state fee charged for issuing a license in Turkmenistan, has been indicated, according to the latest official decree, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal information portal.
The decree of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov approved the list of bodies for certain types of activities subject to licensing, as well as the amount of the state fee charged for issuing a given license.
The mentioned decree was signed in order to implement the law of Turkmenistan on licensing of certain types of activities and further improve the licensing procedure.
According to the document, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, as well as ministries and departments of the country that license certain types of activities, together with the Ministry of Justice, must prepare and submit to the country's Cabinet of Ministers proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan, in accordance with the decree.
According to the source, the decree of the president dated to August 23, 2013 on improving the organization of licensing activities in Turkmenistan is considered invalid.
