Transactions worth more than $88.5 million were registered in foreign currency during trading on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in October, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan’s exchange.
So, in the first week of October, transactions in foreign currency were concluded for $ 10.3 million, in the second for $ 30.4 million, in the third week for $ 27.9 million, and in the fourth week - $ 19.8 million.
As reported, some 190 transactions were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in October.
During the first week of October, 20 deals were concluded, during the second – 52, the third – 80, and the fourth - 38 deals.
The state commodity exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important agency of state regulation of export-import operations.
