GDP growth observed in Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan's GDP increased by 5.8 percent from January through November, compared to the same period last year, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan’s State News Agency.

This was revealed during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held via videoconference.

According to the results of the analysis of indicators for ministries and industry departments, the volume of products manufactured from January through November increased by 4 percent compared to the same period in 2019.

The volume of retail trade turnover increased by 18 percent in the reporting period compared to the corresponding period of 2019, and the average monthly wage increased by 10.3 percent at large and medium-sized enterprises.

As reported, according to the results of the analysis of indicators for ministries and industry departments, the volume of products manufactured from January through September increased by 4.1 percent compared to the same period in 2019.

The volume of retail trade turnover increased by 18.9 percent in the reporting period compared to the corresponding period of 2019, and the average monthly wage increased by 10.3 percent at large and medium-sized enterprises.
