The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction on the placement of bonds of the Bank Respublika OJSC on February 18, Trend reports citing the BSE.
According to the exchange, 15,000 bonds of 1,000 manat ($588.5) with a circulation period of two years and a yield of 5 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is Pasha Capital Investment Company JSC.
By the decision of the BSE Listing Committee, Bank Respublika OJSC's bonds with an overall value of 15 million manat ($8.8 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment on Feb. 15.
