BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. Foreign direct investment in Azerbaijan amounted to 764 million manat ($449.6 million) following the results of the first quarter of 2022, down by 32.6 percent compared to the same period in 2021, Trend reports citing the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan.
According to the agency, foreign direct investment in Azerbaijan worth $747.5 million (97.8 percent) accounts for the UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Turkey, Norway, Malaysia, India, Russia and Iran.
