BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. Total assets of Azerbaijan’s Yapi Kredi Bank increased by 6.9 percent in 1Q2022 compared to same period last year, Trend reports citing the bank.

According to bank’s report, total assets of Yapi Kredi Bank increased by 22.5 million manat ($13.2 million) over the year - up to 346.2 million manat ($203.6 million). Largest share (55.1 percent) in their structure was loan portfolio, which grew by 27.3 percent over the year to 190.9 million manat ($112.3 million).

Deduction of targeted reserves from bank's portfolio to ensure possible losses amounted to 38.1 million manat ($22.4 million).

According to results of 1Q2022, about 36.8 percent were cash and cash equivalents, which decreased by 19.05 percent over the year to 127.7 million manat ($75.1 million).

Another 9.4 percent of bank's assets were investments in securities - 32.5 million manat ($19.1 million).

Unused real estate in the structure of long-term assets of Azerbaijan’s Yapi Kredi Bank amounted to 3.5 million manat ($2.05 million) and this figure increased by 14.5 percent over the year.

Intangible assets amounted to 7.2 million manat ($4.2 million).

Bank’s other assets in 1Q2022 amounted to 7.4 million manat ($4.3 million).
