BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. Azerbaijan’s Kapital Bank took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of incomes for the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the financial report of Kapital Bank, the volume of its incomes for the reporting period exceeded 227.6 million manat ($133.8 million).
The second position in the ranking was taken by the International Bank of Azerbaijan with total income of 149.6 million manat ($88 million).
Pasha Bank ranked third with the volume of incomes of 97.8 million manat ($57.5 million).
The total income of the first three banks in 1Q2022 amounted to nearly 475.2 million manat ($279.5 million), which is 57.52 percent of the total income of all banks in Azerbaijan (826.1 million manat or $485.9 million).
