BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 18. The International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC has reduced its authorized capital by 15.6 million manat ($9.1 million) or by 1.26 percent up to 1.2 billion manat ($705.8 billion), Trend reports via Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
The decision was made at the general meeting of Azerbaijani International Bank shareholders on June 30.
According to the decision, 57 million undocumented shares of the bank with the ISIN code AZ1004004581 with a nominal value of 27 qapiks (coins) each were withdrawn from circulation.
