BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 30. The total fees of 10 Azerbaijani leading insurance companies amounted to 534.18 million manat ($314.2 million) or 92.02 percent of total insurance fees from January through July 2022, Trend reports via the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
According to CBA, the list of top 10 companies in terms of fees was headed by PASHA Life, which accounted for 42.66 percent of fees for the reporting period.
The company's fees amounted to 247.6 million manat ($145.6 million) in the first seven months of 2022.
PASHA Insurance with total insurance fees of 137.4 million manat or $80.8 million (23.68 percent of all fees) ranked second, and Ateshgah Life with fees of 29.5 million manat or $17.3 million (5.08 percent of all fees) - third.
Total fees of all insurance companies in Azerbaijan amounted to 580.5 million manat ($341.4 million) from January through July this year.
