BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 19. Bonds of Azerbaijan's 'MJ Financial Services' non-banking credit organization (NBCO) with a total value of 750,000 manat ($441,192) were listed in the standard market segment on October 18, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), Trend reports citing the BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 750 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.25) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of 13.5 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is Unicapital Investment Company CJSC.
