BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 28. An auction for placing bonds of Azerbaijani ‘MJ Financial Services’ NBCO (non-banking credit organization) at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 1, Trend reports on November 28 via the BSE.
A total of 750 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.25) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of 13.5 percent will be put up for the auction.
The placement underwriter is Unicapital Investment Company OJSC.
Bonds of 'MJ Financial Services' NBCO with a total value of 750,000 manat ($441,192) were listed in the standard market segment on October 18, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
