BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) held an auction for the placement of unsecured paperless bonds of Viator Microcredit Azerbaijan LLC non-banking credit organization (NBCO) worth 350,000 manat ($205,587) with a circulation period of 540 days on December 21, Trend reports citing the BSE.
According to the exchange, nine investors submitted nine bids during the auction.
The annual interest rate is 14 percent, and interest payments to investors are made every 90 calendar days.
The placement underwriter is AZ-Finance Investment Company CJSC.
Bonds of Viator Microcredit Azerbaijan LLC NBCO with a total value of 350,000 manat ($205,587) were listed in the standard market segment on December 19, following the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
