BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 6. Azerbaijan’s Sun Food LLC (owned by Azersun Holding) has announced the increase of its authorized capital to 110.1 million manat ($64.7 million), Trend reports via ‘Vergiler’ online newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
Previously, the authorized capital amounted to 10.1 million manat ($5.9 million).
The capital increased following liquidation of A-Tachizat LLC by merging with Sun Food LLC in accordance with the decision of the general meeting of participants.
Sun Food LLC was established in 2003. Its legal representative is Irfan Yilmaz.
