BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 7. The extraordinary general meeting of Azerbaijan's AzeSteelCompany JSC will be held on March 6, 2023, Trend reports via the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
The following issues will be discussed at the meeting:
- increase in the authorized capital of the company due to additional issues of shares,
- bond issues,
- approval of financial reporting,
- change and re-election of members of the supervisory and management boards,
- other issues.
The company was founded in 2003 as Express-C LLC. In 2021, it changed its legal status and became an open joint stock company.
The company, after rebranding in 2022, continues its activities under the name of AzeSteelCompany OJSC. The authorized capital of the company is 8.3 million manat ($4.8 million).
