BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 10. National Depository Center of Azerbaijan made coupon payments on Silk Way West Airlines' bonds, Trend reports citing the center.
According to the source, the overall amount of payments accounted for 125,000 manat ($73,531).
In 2022, the National Depository Center opened 2,113 new accounts for investors, and their total number reached 119,623.
In particular, 1,908 of the new resident accounts were owned by individuals, whereas 156 accounts – by legal entities. Meanwhile, 44 of the new accounts of non-residents belonged to individuals, while five of them – were to legal entities.
The National Depository Center is aimed to arrange and manage the depository's activity, which is engaged in holding securities, registering property rights and other rights to them, as well as in providing services related to transactions in securities in the Azerbaijan Republic.
