BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 30. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Kapital Bank OJSC, which was initially scheduled to take place on April 26, will be held on May 4, 2023, Trend reports via the “Xalq qazeti” newspaper.
The issues of the election of the Supervisory Board’s members, regulatory updates of the Supervisory Board and other issues will be discussed at the meeting.

According to the newspaper, Kapital Bank finished the fourth quarter of 2022 with a net profit of 308 million manat ($181 million), the bank's total assets increased by 16.58 percent to 7.7 billion manat ($4.5 billion), while total liabilities grew by 15.41 percent to 6.9 billion manat ($4 billion).
