Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The support to construct an informational society, informing the public of ideas about informational society and privileges of IT applications in all scopes of activity will become the key goals of the new 'Journalists of Informational Society' project.
The project is being implemented through the support of the Azerbaijani Communications & IT Ministry, Azerbaijani Internet Forum, ULTRA and HP companies, according to the Communications Ministry.
The project envisages discussions and trainings which will shed light upon the Informational Society in order to improve journalists' professionalism. The trainings will be held by the specialists, experts and scientists well-known in the IT field and journalism.
Students studying for journalism and the journalists working in the IT sphere will be involved.
Moreover, 'The Best Journalists' contest involving media representatives who elucidate the Informational Society topic will take place within the framework of the project.
