Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 15 / corr. Trend S. Babayeva/ A new telecommunication company, which will act as a representative office of Lithuanian closed joint-stock company IN RE in Baku, has been registered in Azerbaijan, "united window" section in the website of the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry reports.
The only founder of the company is the Lithuanian IT company IN RE. Fiscal year of the company is scheduled for Jan. 1- Dec. 31.
Activities of Lithuanian company IN RE include software and hardware of computer systems: application, service, consultations, training, system integration, solving of tasks on complex automation of design operations, technological preparation and production management, engineering services on design of building constructions and engineering systems, technical consultations and examination.
