Starting from 2 February 2009, Nar Mobile presented a new "Communicate" Tariff Plan to its subscribers.
The major difference of "Communicate" Tariff Plan is the unique prices of on-net calls within the limits of one call. The first minute of call costs 0.09 manat. The second is 0.06 manat. Third and next minutes cost only 0.03 manat in total.

- by sending SMS to 771 with the text "S"
