The Communication and IT Ministry calls Azercell and Azerfon mobile operators for solving conflict by talks, communication and IT deputy minister Elmir Velizadeh told media on July 22.
Velizadeh said that each operator proceed from interests of its users. This incident must be solved in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation regulating relations of mobile operators.
"We do not approve this incident. We think that users' rights are violated," Velizadeh said.
He also stressed that the ministry has its privileges. If talks are not successful, the ministry can also make certain actions within law.
