Regional branches of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) have been connected to a centralized computer network, the Chairman of the party's study centre, Mahammad Mammadov, said in an interview for the NAP official website.
At present the NAP office is computerizing office work and documentation. The NAP is comprised of the central and regional offices, which operate in all regions of the country.
The party is currently involved in almost all spheres of life and activity in the country. Every day, a large number of different documents, including citizens' applications and papers of nation-wide significance, pass through its offices.
The party's active participation in the country's life, the developing management system, the many sectors, the vast geography and the high degree of public attention to NAP activities have demanded high-quality functionality for the system of computerizing offices and documentation.
The NAP's system of e-documentation will efficiently store and process a huge number of documents, offer support for the widely-distributed geography of the organization's structure, provide control at all levels of the party and allow the processing of a variety documents.
