"Happy hours" packges are available for all pre-paid tariff plans for on-network talks. Validity of the package is reckoned from moment of service activation, which is notified through SMS.
It should be mentioned connection of new package "Happy Hours" during validity of other package of "Happy Hours" is impossible. It is impossible to disconnect the service as well.
