The Center of the Scientific Innovations of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences participated in the IX Moscow International Exhibition of Innovations and Investments, the center told Trend capital.
Director of the Center for Scientific Innovation, Farman Gasimov, will deliver a lecture on the "Cooperation of Azerbaijan with the CIS countries in the Field of Science and Technology."
A general session on the "Effective Interaction of Elements of the Innovation System: the Defining Factor in the Formation of an Economy Based on Knowledge" will also be held as apart of the event's business program.
Approximately 300 exhibitors from 15 regions of Russia and 16 countries attend the event.
More than 500 developments in various fields (atomic and nuclear physics, safety, biotechnology, information technology, engineering, health, metallurgy, nanotechnology, communication, transportation etc.) were presented at the exhibition.
The exhibition will finish on Aug.29.
