IBA Moscow installs CRM SalesLogix system

The International Bank of Azerbaijan and FB Consalt have signed an agreement for the pilot implementation of CRM SalesLogix in one of the bank's branches, IBA said.

The implementation of the CRM SalesLogix from FB Consalt will help IBA with their strategy and provide customers with a full range of banking products and services created using the most modern technology, as well as in establishing very convenient conditions for clients to interact with the bank.

The main objective of the project is to optimize IBA's existing business procedures and to let the CRM-system improve the efficiency of bank employees who interact with customers.

The first phase of the project includes setting up a unified database of existing and potential clients, regulating sales processes, organizing a system of transactions and accounting initiatives, the introduction of analytic components to predict the profit from the work with clients and objectively evaluate the performance of client department managers. The work integrating the data, coming into the CRM-system from various parts of the bank and its automated banking system, will be undertaken as part of the project.

The CRM SalesLogix work lets banks use modern means of communication with potential and existing clients, facilitates the identification and organization of customers, will help organize a "feedback" system, will provide an opportunity to analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and timely modify the plans for their implementation. Using reporting tools and the CRM-system forecasting, the bank's branch employees may plan their work more effectively and responsive to customer requests more quickly.
