AvirTel company will present new technology of access to the Internet via electricity supply network within BakuTel-2009 exhibition, the company told Trend .
At present, corresponding equipment was installed and tested by the company. It is necessary to buy special modems to connect to the Internet. The service will be launched in Baku.
Access to the Internet will be full-function. It will not match to existing high-speed network of data transmission.
Speed of Internet access via electricity supply network can reach 150 Mbit/s.
Introduction of the system will reduce cost of Internet access.
Advantage of the internet access via electricity supply network is lack of necessity for telephone line and communications.
Avirtel intends to use new technology to render additional services (VoIP, IP-TV).
