In accordance with paragraph 15 of the Azerbaijani Law "On Television and Radio", National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) of the country has announced a contest to open a specialized channel of culture, NTRC said.
Broadcasting of the television will be implemented in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on 44 frequency resource.
Participants' required documents are accepted from Aug. 4 to Sept. 4 in the NTRC's administrative building from 10:00 to 18:00 (Baku time).
