Neuron Technologies, Azerbaijan’s IT company, is preparing to open its office in Afghanistan, Ismayil Alakbarov, the company’s head, told Trend Oct. 23.
He said that the IT company has achieved certain success in the Central Asian region and the company’s further plans include expansion of its activity in the Middle East region through the company’s office in Kabul.
“In this regard, we plan to visit Afghanistan next month,” Alakbarov said. “Last week, preliminary talks were held with Mohammad Taqi Khalili, the Afghan ambassador to Azerbaijan. The Afghan side invited us to participate in the digital transformation projects in the sphere of education, agriculture, online business, etc., and, of course, this is interesting to us.”
