State Property Management Fund (SPMF) of Kyrgyzstan and Info-System state enterprise under the State Committee of Information and Communication Technologies of Kyrgyzstan held a pilot online auction on state property rental, press office of the SPMF stated.
According to the statement, the online trade platform (OTP) is developed within the framework of realization of Kyrgyzstan’s Taza Koom digital transformation program and is one of its priority directions.
One of the main goals of the OTP is implementation of pilot online auctions on signing state property rental agreements. Among the advantages of the OTP are transparency and openness of the corresponding processes, possibility to participate in the auctions from regions of the country and every part of the world, as well as equal rights and possibilities for all participants.
The OTP is developed by the Info-System state enterprise, which will carry out technical maintenance of the platform.
