The mobile operator of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Naxtel has provided its subscribers with an application for managing a mobile number - Naxtel Plus, the company told Trend October 8.
This service is based on the principle of self-service. The application includes all the necessary options of "personal cabinet." Through the app, the subscribers can remotely perform various kinds of operations over a mobile number (increase balance, control the balance, increase the balance of another number, get Internet traffic, change the tariff plan, etc.).
The application displays information about the tariff plan, the money balance on the account, the amount of mobile traffic, etc.
The application is fully functional only in Azerbaijani language yet and is adapted for smartphones running on the Android operating system.
“In the future, a software installation media for iOS devices will also be available to subscribers,” the company said.
The Naxtel Plus application will provide maximum comfort to subscribers, so that most of the questions addressed to the Call Center will be solved remotely, which, in turn, will facilitate the interaction of the operator with subscribers to the maximum.
