Trend:
According to the new directive and the permission to raise the price by 20 percent, we hope our production will increase, Alireza Mousavi-Majd, the managing director of Samsung in Iran told Trend.
“Production has never been economically justified with high commodity prices and exchange rates,” saod Moudavi.
"Given the recent developments, I think we will soon find a way to deal with the lack of inventory and the home appliances supply crisis. The prices should decrease in the coming days. While Samsung sales in the first half of the next year weren't high, but in the second half we will experience the highest sales,“ he said.
“Although this year the sale trend has been reversed as the result of rising exchange rates, fears of continuously rising prices and hoarding have caused many customer`s rush to the market,” he said.
"This false demand has led to higher prices. We also increased our production to balance market in all sectors, so that first half of the current year, we increased our supply by 108 percent,” he said.
