The State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to improve the mechanisms for collecting, processing and storing information about legal persons and business entities without forming a legal person", Trend reports referring to the the local Kun.az News Agency.
The document was developed with the aim of creating a single centralized source of information about legal and business entities without forming a legal entity, as well as for providing inter-departmental electronic interaction for the provision of public services.
The draft resolution on the future Centralized Database of legal and business entities without forming a legal entity envisions that:
• the State Tax Committee will be the official body for maintaining the Centralized Database;
• the Centralized Database will be created and operate on the basis of the Single Integration Information and Resource Base of the Tax Authorities;
• funding for the creation, implementation and further use of the Centralized Database will be provided via the Special Fund for the Development of Tax Authorities.
The centralized database should be developed and launched before January 1, 2021. Prior to this, an inventory of existing information resources on the business entities will be carried out within 3 months.
