The revenues from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan totaled roughly 754.4 million manat ($444 million) from January through October 2020, Trend reports citing the report of the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, during the reporting period, the volume of revenues from mobile services in the country increased by 2.3 percent compared to the same period of last year. The revenues of the mobile communications sector made up 41.9 percent of the total revenues of the telecommunications market.
Over the past ten months of this year, information and communication enterprises collected 1.8 billion manat ($1.06 billion).
At the same time, the cost of information and communication services increased by 1.4 percent year on year.
According to the previous report, the volume of mobile operators’ revenues in Azerbaijan from January through August 2020 made up 595 million manat ($350 million).
