The Center for the Electronic Government Development at the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan held a videoconference meeting of the Public Council for the Promotion of Digital Services, a source in the center told Trend.
According to the source, the main purpose of the meeting was the presentation of the possibility of registration in the ASAN Login system, managed by the center through biometrics, that is, video registration.
Besides, the President of the Azerbaijani Internet Forum, coordinator of the Public Council Osman Gunduz speaking at the videoconference stressed the importance of holding such meetings and discussing new services in the period of faster development of public services.
In turn, Deputy Director of the Center Mehdi Javadov emphasized the advantages of the ASAN Login project, created on the principle of Single Sign-On (transition from one system to another, not related to the first system, without re-authentication).
Javadov added that the number of ASAN Login users at the end of 2020 more than tripled and amounted to 1.74 million people.
According to the head of the ASAN Login project, Tural Hasanov, the system will use artificial intelligence solutions to identify the citizen recorded on the video.
ASAN Login, together with the currently integrated systems, provides access to 50 systems, eliminating the need to remember a lot of data for authorization and minimizing the risk of data leakage. Also, the implementation of this project will save time and manage data through a single system.
