Data on quality of services from Azerbaijani mobile operators issued

Azerbaijan’s Media Analysis Center conducted a survey on the quality of services provided by the local mobile operators, a source in the center told Trend.

In accordance with the survey, 55 percent of the respondents were satisfied with the quality of work of call centers of mobile operators in Azerbaijan during the quarantine period, and 24.5 percent were dissatisfied.

"Some 20.5 percent of the survey participants noted that during the COVID-19-related quarantine period they haven’t contacted the mobile operators' call centers," noted the source.

Besides, 29 percent of the surveyed men and 19 percent of women remained dissatisfied with the level of service of call centers of mobile operators in the country.

"Some 51.3 percent of the respondents were satisfied with the quality of service provided by Azercell, 25 percent - Nar Mobile and 23.7 percent - mobile operator Bakcell," stressed the source.

Along with the foregoing, 8.4 percent of the respondents said they use SMS services, 73.8 percent rarely use them and 17.8 percent don’t use them at all.

As many as 776 respondents took part in the survey, of whom 43.6 percent were women and 56.4 percent - men.
