By Sadraddin Aghjayev - Trend:

Azerbaijani PayRiff payment system plans to become an international company and is ready to do everything possible for this, founder and director of the company Turkan Farzaliyeva told Trend on July 9.

“From the point of view of adapting this idea, certain difficulties arose with the [Azerbaijani] legislation,” Farzaliyeva added.

"First of all, we plan to render our payment services in Azerbaijan, and then in nearby countries (for example, in Georgia and Turkey),” director of the company said. “The main idea of entering international markets is to represent Azerbaijan as a strong player in this ecosystem."

Moreover, Farzaliyeva stressed that a mobile application on iOS and Android platforms will be presented to PayRiff customers in the coming months.

"In our application, we envisaged the possibility of paying for goods and services through QR codes,” Farzaliyeva said. “In accordance with an agreement with local banks, our clients will be able to accept payments on payment cards of several banks upon one API at a reasonable interest."

“The implementation of all these initiatives will allow the PayRiff team to enter foreign markets in the near future,” director of the company said.
