The CEO of Sadad Electronic Payment Company unveiled Iran made 5G network, Trend reports citing ILNA.
Iran provides 5G technology to local mobile operators despite sanctions and lack of foreign investment, Mohsen Alipour said.
He noted that 100 percent of Iranian 5G network services are available to be offered to mobile network operators.
"Telecommunication industry in the world is monopolized by certain countries and in the face of sanctions, none of the foreign companies were willing to provide 5G knowledge to Iranian operators and design a platform that provides 5G services," Alipour added.
Alipour announced the negotiation with domestic mobile operators and Internet provider companies to offer a 5G network.
He expressed readiness to provide a 5G network to foreign mobile operators, in order to eliminate monopoly in the world.
