Samsung smartphones and mobile phones remained the most popular in the Azerbaijani market in September 2021, Trend reports citing data from Global Stats.
According to the information, Samsung's share in the country's mobile device market amounted to 42.31 percent, with a decrease of 1.06 percent compared to August 2021.
Meanwhile, Chinese Xiaomi brand took second place with a market share of 34.58 percent, with an increase of 0.38 percent over the month.
The share of Apple, the third most popular smartphone brand in Azerbaijan, grew in the domestic market by 1.07 percent - up to 15.64 percent.
The market share of Huawei accounted for 4.52 percent.
The share of other mobile devices during the reporting period accounted for 2.56 percent.
The share of Samsung devices in the Azerbaijani market in 9M2021 decreased by 7.45 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to 43.07 percent.
At the same time, the share of mobile devices of the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi increased from 24.42 to 33.51 percent. Apple devices accounted for 14.62 percent, up 1.79 percent from 9M2020. The market share of Huawei devices rose by 0.37 percent, reaching 5.03 percent.
As for other devices, they accounted for 3.78 percent of the market versus 7.58 percent in 9M2021.
