BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 6. The number of blocked malicious links in the Azerbaijani AzStateNet network was 131,265 from January through June 2022, the Center for Combating Computer Incidents (CERT) told Trend.

“The number of threats blocked based on Uniform Resource Locator (URLs) amounted to 39,420, the centralized anti-virus system (CAS) - 20,271, and 71,574 were blocked by sandbox system (a specially isolated environment for the safe execution of computer programs)," CERT said.

According to CERT, the number of blocked threats based on URLs was 38,636, CAS - 31,421, and 35,788 computer threats were blocked by Sandbox in the AzStateNet network in the results of 2021.

AzStateNet (Azerbaijan State Network) is a set of geographically distributed networks and access servers belonging to organizations with the status of state authority.
