BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. Tajik Technohub intends to enter the Azerbaijani IT market, the head of the Technohub Dushanbe project Muhammad Rahimov told Trend this week.
"We are open to cooperation and consider new opportunities, for example, in the Azerbaijani market if IT companies are working in education or providing services in the programming and implementation of digital technologies. We strive to introduce new methods of education so that training is not boring and monotonous but includes interactive elements.
We focus on the practical application of knowledge so that students do not just sit in lectures but actively practice. Our company is open to cooperation regardless of region or country because we believe in the power of partnership and joint efforts to achieve common goals," he added.
It was also announced this week that telecom operators in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan will invest over 23 billion tenge (about $50.8 million) in the project to install a fiber-optic communication connection down the bottom of the Caspian Sea.
Meanwhile, speaking at the panel discussion on "Automobile Insurance" within the framework of the second day of the Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum-2024 (AIIF-2024), the Head of Automobile and Digital Insurance Department of PASHA Insurance Adil Bakirov said that PASHA Insurance is testing new features such as loss assessment.
"We are conducting tests on novel functionalities, such as employing computer vision models to estimate losses. This enables us to evaluate damages within a matter of minutes. The fundamental concept underlying our digital strategy is not only to implement technology, but rather to provide significant benefits to our clients.
