The Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) plans to hold monitoring of the IT staff, head of the scientific potential and strategic planning sector, Rufat Gyulmammadov said on 30 June.
According to him, the monitoring will be carried out in local and foreign IT companies for determining the staff condition. В"The main goal of the monitoring is to define the shortage of the personnel in specialized IT sphere”, Gyulmammadov noted.
He also said, that to date proposals from various auditing companies of Turkey, Scotland and other have come.
After the monitoring the results will be submitted to the Ministry of Education and the State Commission on Students’ Admission. В"The admission of students on certain IT technologies profiles will be likely announced”, the MCIT spokesman underlined.
