The Azerbaijani Communication and Information Technologies Ministry participates at 12th conference of science-technical parks. The event planned from 18 to 21 September will be attended by Rufat Gulmammadov, the chief of the Strategic Planning and Scientific Potential Division of the Communication Ministry.
The main goal is to study the experience of establishment of technoparks not only in the Chinese People’s Republic, but also in different countries of the world, establish and develop relations with foreign countries in this regard.
The Ministry also noted that Gulmammadov would get familiar with the activities and the principles of the work in Beijing.
The event is organized by the International Association of Scientific Parks, founded in 1984 and linking European, Northern American and Asia-Pacific regions. The headquarters of the Association locates in Ireland, but the representative office of the Secretary General вЂ" in France.
