The Information Technologies Institute (ITI) of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences completed the work on the project on application of telephone operators control system. The project is planned to be presented till April with the participation of ICT companies and, state bodies, Trend reports referring to Rasim Aliguliyev, the Director of the institute.
The Director said that the system, prepared by ITI at the order by Aztelekom PA, was under test.
The system is the data base, which will include information about all operations on communications service, rendered to subscribers in on-line regime. The system is may be expanded all over the territory of the country in the future and unified in the single central network in Baku.
According to Aliguliyev, the new system will allow them to determine quality of services and the best workers, who will be stimulated to render high-quality services in the sphere.
