Information Technologies Institute (ITI) with National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan is preparing to presentation of the project of system of control over phone communication operators. The institutes expert Bikes Agayev told Trend that the system developed under PA Aztelekoms order has already been implemented.
The system represents a database registering all operations on communication services provided by operators in real-time mode. In the outlook, this system may be implemented throughout the country and brought in one centralized network.
Using the new system, one may define the quality of provided services and identify, for example, the best employees to be encouraged and awarded, which is suggested to promote high-quality services in this sphere.
At the presentation is participating ITIs director Rasim Alikuliyev, president of PA Aztalakom Magomed Mamedov, representatives of Communication Ministry and IT-companies.
