Azerbaijan`s Telecommunications And Information technologies Ministry has accepted documents from five interested persons who are eager to obtain Bachelor`s degree on the specialty Information and Telecommunication Technologies in Malaysia, US, and Ukraine. According to the Ministry, the George Mason University allotted three seats tothe students and school-graduates of Azerbaijan, The Malaysian Technology allotted 2 seats to Azerbaijan, and the Odessa Telecommunication Academy allotted 5 seats to Azerbaijan.
At present, we are looking forward the information relating these five persons from the State Students Admission Committee, pointed out the State Body. As soon as we receive the references of the State Committee, the Telecommunications Ministry`s special commission will test and select them.
All interested candidates should have the citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic, excellence in English (TOEFL certificate), and excellence in Russian for those who are eager to study in Odessa. Only those persons who could collect over 400 balls (points) during the admission campaign to the institutes of higher education of the country for 2006-2007 academic year were allowed to participate in the competition.
