Ali Abbasov, the Azerbaijani Minister for Communications and Information Technologies, stated that an expert group of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies is carrying out work over development of recommendations for establishment of special economic zone in Azerbaijan for the development of high technologies, Trend reports.
Within the shortest period the document will be presented to the government for consideration.
He noted that the recommendations include 5 major components establishment of techno-parks, establishment of regional market for production and export electron product, establishment of interior infrastructure for provision with ICT services, establishment of transit regional center and development of human resources (establishment of the ICT University).
