Azercell Telecom JV has put into operation GPRS/MMS roaming service with France SFR operator. This is the second GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with France operator. Now Azercell subscribers use services of operators of France, Trend reports. So far, Azercell Telecom has signed the GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with 70 network operators from 34 countries around the world. Azercell Telecom was founded on January 19th, 1996, between Turkcell ГќletiГѕim Hizmetleri A. S. and the Ministry of Communications of Azerbaijan Republic. Azercell Telecom set up its activities on December 15th, 1996 through offering subscribers mobile telecommunication services based on a postpaid system.
