Azerbaijan Telecommunication Minister to Participate in a Business Forum in USA

Azerbaijan , Baku/Trend, corr. S. Babayeva/ Ayaz Bayramov, the Chief of the Department for International Relations and Affairs with NGOs of the Azerbaijan Telecommunication and IT Ministry, said that Azerbaijan delegation headed by Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijan Telecommunication and IT Minister, is expected to participate in an American business-forum in the University of Berkeley within the forthcoming visit to USA, Trend reports.

According to the official, the prominent scientist-cybernetic, author of Fuzzy Logic Theory, Director of BISC (Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing), Honoured President of BFSAJ (Biomedical Fuzzy Systems Association of Japan), Professor of the Columbia University, Member of the U. S. National Academy of Development, U. S. National Engineering Academy, Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Honoured Member of the Paul-Sabateur Academy (France), U. S. State University, Dortmund University (Germany), Toronto University (Canada), and other well-known authoritative institutes and organizations, will participate at the event. During the forthcoming meeting, the world experience on introduction of IT into the spheres of science and education will be discussed. Meetings with leading figures of Worlds leading IT corporations - Microsoft, and Cisco Systems are expected to be held as well. The arrangement will be held under the organizational support of the Consulate General of Azerbaijan to Los-Angeles.
